WLife is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created by women in family enterprises, for women in family enterprises, because when we lift up women in family businesses, families rise, communities rise and great things happen. It truly takes an enlightened and inspired village to make real change; WLife is also an organization without boundaries that embraces all who are connected to a family in business. WLife operates on a global scale with a local focus via its state-based chapters. Our overarching vision is to positively impact family members by uplifting women who are in business with their family members — to enable the family and the business to truly thrive in every way. We provide programs, events, and resources to support leadership and professional development, mentorships, networking, and economic opportunities for our community members that are transformational in nature with lasting impact.
